Welcome to N-Chains.
N-Chains is a console-based frontend for ecasound[¹]. It offers real-time capabilities and acts as a tcp client to a running ecasound server instance. Where possible it tries to follow the concepts of ecasound where possible or provides reasonable means otherwise. N-Chains is distributed under the terms and conditions of the GNU General Public License (GPL). See COPYING for details. This file is included in all N-Chains distribution packages.
In order to view the status of development activity, you should have a look at the current snapshot's ChangeLog. This file should give you a first survey of features which are implemented in future stable releases.
N-Chains latest release version is nchains-0.0.1-pre-004.
